The room had central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's location was convenient, right next to High Point and sister cities, Greensboro, and the airport with a shuttle service.

The staff at the Hampton Inn Greensboro Airport were superbly friendly and provided great customer service. I appreciated having coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator in the room. The location of the hotel in Greensboro was exceptionally nice, being near shopping areas.

The rooms here come with a nice Jacuzzi tub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. You might notice a few small chips here and there, but nothing that takes away from the comfort. The location is super convenient, close to a top-notch urgent care center, the exciting ACC basketball tournament venue, and the airport where they offer a shuttle service. 🚗

The room had nice beds and pillows that made my sleep very comfortable; the location near restaurants was convenient and amazing.

I recently stayed at a Hilton property near Greensboro for the ACC basketball tournament and had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cinnamon waffles. The location was convenient, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close to the airport and Four Seasons area. The room was clean and everything worked fine. I appreciated the ease of check-in using the app and the digital key. I would definitely stay here again next year for the tournament.

My bed was the only thing that i loved and that is why I keep coming back to Hampton Inn

I am a Disabled Veteran and the morning staff had an attitude and wouldn't help me with getting a breakfast to go bag. I had to go get it myself in the misted of the breakfast crowd and the food that was offered was terrible. The elevator and the hallways had no air condition and it was 92 degrees outside. The only place that I could get A/C was in my room or in my car. The next morning I went to take my shower and there was barely any water pressure and hardly any hot water to add to that. I listened to the sound in the walls and it sounded like my neighbors was using the water as well as I did.

The front desk clerk. Out air conditioner didn't work and out tv was broke, it took a while to Fix,and the front desk clerk was not friendly.

The hotel's location for business travelers is perfect, with easy access to all the other Hampton's, High Point, and sister cities. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. The breakfast provided was satisfying, with delicious waffles that I loved. The staff members were professional, courteous, and engaging from the moment I arrived.

Everything is just what I needed and wanted.

Staff would not give me a reciept for my room because it was booked through Booked.net- I really don't care who booked it I payed for it and need a reciept for expense account

Room had water leak and had to change rooms after unpacked! Closet glass door fell off. Late night someone tried to get in our room! Usually excellent, might have been one time bad experience.

It's a nice place for staying and exploring Greensboro. Make sure you stay in the king room with a jacuzzi. The location is comfy and magnificent in a local area, just off stores, and Greensboro for a wedding.

I recently stayed at this hotel near the airport and I can't recommend it enough. The staff, especially Wayne, were friendly and made me feel welcome. The rooms on the completed floors were comfortable and had nice beds and pillows. The free breakfast was a great perk.

All was fine during my stay at this hotel.
